Description
The Biotronix KM-580 Biofeedback Neuromuscular Stimulator is designed for comprehensive neuromuscular rehabilitation and electrical stimulation therapy. It combines EMG biofeedback, EMG-triggered stimulation (ETS), and 4-channel stimulation in one system, allowing therapists to use different rehabilitation and muscle-training approaches.
The device provides 2-channel EMG testing and training, including standard EMG testing, fast EMG testing, EMG free training, work-and-rest training, template-based training, and interactive EMG games. It also provides 1 ETS training mode with 2 EMG channels for muscle activation and triggered stimulation.
Its stimulation section includes dedicated programs for pelvic floor, sports rehabilitation, neuromuscular rehabilitation, swallowing, TENS/pain relief, NMES, and FES. The system also incorporates mirror therapy with 10 mirror therapy modes, expanding its applications for functional rehabilitation.
The KM-580 features a 3.5-inch color touchscreen, rechargeable battery, 0–99 intensity levels, and electrical stimulation frequency of 1–100 Hz. PC software is available for printing EMG reports, while user records can be maintained on the system.
